Materials
Two-millimetre carbon steel with a riveted solid steel handle. It's oven safe to any temperature a home oven reaches, and works on induction, gas, and electric.
Care
Wash it hot without detergent, dry it on the hob, then wipe a thin film of oil over the inside while it's still warm. Never leave it wet in a rack. The surface will go from grey to near-black over the first few months as the seasoning builds, not from damage.
