Materials
Solid olive wood, turned from a single blank, fifteen centimetres tall, with a thickened base. Grain and colour vary considerably from one piece to the next.
Care
Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it. Do not submerge it and do not put it in the dishwasher — turned wood splits along the grain when it soaks and then dries quickly. Oil it now and then with food-grade mineral oil.
